Remote Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team and play a key role in identifying, contacting, and onboarding new partners to our platform. You will collaborate closely with our research team to maintain our partner database and expand our network. This position demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities to manage a high volume of email correspondence and follow-ups using Hubspot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential partners and initiate contact via email or phone to promote the benefits of collaborating with us.
• Handle a significant volume of email communication and follow-ups with prospective partners.
• Onboard new partners onto our platform, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience.
• Keep the partner database updated with accurate information.
• Collaborate with management to align partner acquisition and retention strategies with business objectives.
• Track partnership metrics and leverage data to enhance partnership initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in partnership management or business development.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage extensive email correspondence and follow-ups.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Sales-oriented with persuasive writing skills to effectively engage potential partners via email.
• Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM software.
• Knowledge of data analytics and metrics to assess partnership efforts and inform decision-making.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
