Remote Junior Sales Associate

 Blue Ocean Home Buyers is looking to hire a remote junior salesperson, ideally before November 2024. Our hiring process is thorough but moves quickly for the right candidate.

About You:

You’re a motivated junior salesperson, ready to work remotely from your home office and thrive in making consistent phone calls to potential clients. Working in EST hours suits you well. While real estate experience, especially in distressed single-family homes, is a plus, it’s not a requirement. If you have a proven record of sales success in complex environments, can learn quickly, and retain knowledge, you’ll do well here.

You're articulate, confident, and able to command attention with your energy and communication skills, naturally taking on a leadership role in any setting. For you, each sales lead represents an opportunity to expand your personal success. You track your sales metrics, always seeking ways to improve. Although you perform at a high level, you value training and coaching as key to continued growth. A verifiable history of past sales earnings is essential, with top earners at Blue Ocean regularly surpassing $30,000 annually. Junior salespeople who don't reach high performance levels won’t stay with us, as we value our core principles and provide ample selling opportunities.
