Remote Sales Development Representative

We’re currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our talented team and make an immediate impact for our clients. We want individuals who have a proven track record in sales.

Are you the right fit for this role?

  • Have you successfully engaged cold leads through calls, emails, and social media, generating interested prospects?
  • Can you analyze the Ideal Customer Profile, perform segmentation, and conduct thorough research to identify and connect with the right prospects at the right time?
  • Do you have a strong history of exceeding your quotas and KPIs, backed by in-depth industry and product knowledge?
  • Are you skilled at asking probing questions during calls to uncover prospects' needs and demonstrate value?
  • Have you developed outreach cadences for targeted lead engagement?
  • Are you familiar with using CRMs to manage your sales pipeline?

Expectations for your first 90 days:

  • Within 30 days, you'll effectively communicate Data Ladder’s value proposition and start reaching out to prospects using our sales model.
  • By 60 days, you’ll have a solid grasp of the data matching industry and achieve 50% of your quota with 10 SQLs/month.
  • By 90 days, you’ll independently manage the prospecting cycle and hit 100% of your quota with 20 SQLs/month.

A typical day involves:

  • Making over 40 outbound calls, emails, and texts to generate and qualify leads.
  • Coordinating demo schedules for the sales team.
  • Building relationships and trust with clients.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to evaluate lead quality.
  • Updating and maintaining CRM databases while actively meeting pipeline quotas.
  • Reporting weekly on qualitative and quantitative results.
  • Innovating and implementing creative sales strategies.
