Remote Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

 DesignFiles, an interior design project management software company, is dedicated to helping interior designers and home furnishing retailers elevate their businesses. With over 5,000 clients and a team of 20+ members spread across the globe, we're rapidly expanding and are on the lookout for our next motivated and skilled team member.

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Rails Developer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product team and other developers to plan, build, and enhance features.
• Contribute to fostering an engineering culture focused on best practices, clean code, and high-quality results.
• Take part in team rituals such as daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in RSpec, Stimulus.js, JavaScript, CSS, Docker, SQL, and Unix Shell.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas, reviewing code, and working together on projects.
• Able to take full ownership of features from concept to deployment and beyond.
• Capable of problem-solving and staying on track independently.

Note: We are only considering candidates (not agencies) in the Central European Time Zone (CET) ± 2 hours. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week remote position.
