Your Opportunity as CRO

As our CRO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Filestage’s future. This is your chance to work at the intersection of strategy, customer engagement, and team development, driving growth in an exciting and rapidly expanding market. You’ll lead efforts to enhance customer acquisition, refine upselling and cross-selling strategies, and contribute to the company’s overall vision as a member of the C-level team.

You’ll focus on building strong acquisition channels, optimizing processes, and ensuring we remain the go-to solution for content quality control. What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll:

  • Shape the strategy for Filestage as a category-leading SaaS platform, helping the world’s biggest brands maintain content quality in the age of AI.
  • Drive customer acquisition by enhancing our inbound funnel and developing new, effective growth channels.
  • Elevate upselling and cross-selling initiatives through collaboration and experimentation with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, gaining insights to steer strategy and identify market trends.
  • Lead and develop revenue-generating teams, fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and accountability.
  • Contribute to the company’s overall strategy as part of the C-level team, shaping our mission and direction in a competitive market.

What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for a CRO with experience driving significant growth in B2B SaaS. You should be passionate about customer acquisition and have a proven track record of surpassing $10 million ARR.
