We are on an exciting journey to enhance our kitchenware brand across various platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart, and we are seeking an experienced Brand Manager like you to drive our success.
As the visionary for our brand, you will collaborate closely with the team to oversee our product portfolio, devise effective strategies, and bring our brand narrative to life in the marketplace.

You will not only ensure effective brand growth but also cultivate a culture of experimentation, creativity, and data-driven decision-making within the team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Category Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative strategies to boost product performance across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to track sales, market share, and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for category growth and strategic enhancements.
- Marketing and Promotional Leadership: Enhance brand visibility through well-crafted campaigns and promotions, creating engaging content and optimized listings that attract customers and increase conversions.
- Product Launches: Oversee the planning and execution of product launches on all platforms, ensuring products are effectively positioned and marketed for maximum impact. Coordinate with various teams to align marketing, inventory, and promotional strategies.
- Customer Data Polling: Create and implement customer feedback surveys to gather insights on product satisfaction, preferences, and areas for improvement. Use this data to refine product listings, advertising strategies, and overall brand positioning.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Propose at least 4 new product opportunities each month
- Increase and measure conversion rates for each marketplace
- Enhance and track average daily impressions per product
- Boost the number of products receiving 5-star reviews upon launch
Recruitment Process:
- Bryq Exam: A brief 15-20 minute assessment to evaluate your fit for the role and our team. There’s no pass or fail; just be honest. You will have 3 days to complete it.
- Video Interview: Selected applicants will be invited to record responses to 5 technical questions. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a working camera/mic. Each question will have a time limit of 1-2 minutes, totaling around 15 minutes.
- Case Study: You’ll complete a case study to assess your job knowledge and problem-solving approach. You will have 3 days to submit your response.
- Final Interview: If all goes well, you’ll proceed to a live online interview with the Operations Manager and CEO.
- References: We will request references from individuals you've worked closely with.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive Experience: A minimum of 3 years in brand management with a proven record of brand growth, preferably in e-commerce.
- Marketplace Expertise: Significant experience managing brands on Amazon is essential, along with familiarity with Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart.
- Analytical & Experimental Mindset: A passion for analyzing data, testing ideas, and optimizing performance through experimentation.
- Results-Driven Approach: A strong commitment to achieving measurable outcomes, enhancing brand visibility, and reaching ambitious growth targets.
- Fluency in English: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication abilities.
