Remote Senior Android Developer (start - ASAP)

We are currently seeking Senior Android Developers to work with our client, a property management software provider, where you can dive into challenging projects, grow your expertise, and be compensated handsomely.

What's in it for you?

• Pay Rate: Earn up to $45/hour, depending on your seniority, skills, and experience. This could translate into a monthly income of $4,000 - $7,500—definitely not bad for doing what you love!
• Time Zone Requirement: This role offers flexibility but requires full overlap with the team in India (working in Indian Standard Time, IST). You’ll also need to join a daily standup with the team lead at 9 a.m. Mountain Time (MT).

What Do You Need to Qualify?

This isn't your average Android developer gig. We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of Android development experience and a solid track record of delivering complex, high-quality projects.
• Is proficient in Kotlin and Java, with in-depth experience using Android SDK, Android Studio, and tools like Retrofit, Dagger, and Room.
• Has strong experience with Android Jetpack components, Coroutines, and custom UI components. Experience with advanced features like Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Multiplatform, or custom UI/UX solutions is a huge plus!
• Understands UI/UX principles and best practices, with a knack for creating intuitive, high-performance apps.
• Is familiar with architectural patterns like MVVM or MVP and knows their way around RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and performance optimization.
• Has experience with version control systems like Git and understands CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus points if you have experience with cloud-based technologies and architectures.

Beyond technical expertise, you should be an excellent problem-solver, capable of troubleshooting and debugging even the most complex issues. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a global team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll need to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
