Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers, from SMBs to large enterprises, resolving technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Create user guides, FAQs, and best practice resources based on customer needs.
  • Maintain a positive, professional approach in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Located in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, or New Zealand.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Stable internet connection and reliable computer.
  • Previous technical support experience, ideally in a startup or software company.
  • Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office, with a customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.

Salary:  The salary range is between $50,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
