Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Microsoft Advertising ad products, leading cross-functional efforts to ensure readiness for product launches.
Drive product adoption by crafting compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that engage customers and set Microsoft apart from competitors.
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and research teams, providing valuable customer feedback and market insights to guide future product development and opportunities.
Work with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver training materials, marketing campaigns, and customer communications that effectively support sales efforts.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in business
OR a Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience
OR equivalent experience.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of experience
OR a Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience
OR equivalent experience.
Salary:
The typical base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $103,800 - $200,300 annually.
For locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City, the range is between $133,700 - $219,200 annually.
