Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Microsoft Advertising ad products, leading cross-functional efforts to ensure readiness for product launches.
  • Drive product adoption by crafting compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that engage customers and set Microsoft apart from competitors.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and research teams, providing valuable customer feedback and market insights to guide future product development and opportunities.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to create and deliver training materials, marketing campaigns, and customer communications that effectively support sales efforts.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and reflect Microsoft’s culture and values.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in business
    • OR a Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 8+ years of experience
    • OR a Master’s Degree with 6+ years of experience
    • OR equivalent experience.

Salary:

  • The typical base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $103,800 - $200,300 annually.
  • For locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City, the range is between $133,700 - $219,200 annually.
