Missouri Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)

Mindoula Health is seeking Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our Substance Use Disorder Program, supporting substance-exposed populations in Missouri. While you must hold a Missouri license, you can live and work from anywhere in the U.S.

This program focuses on addressing substance-exposed pregnancies and living situations, with an emphasis on prenatal and postpartum care. Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assess, plan, and implement personalized care strategies for members.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents and adults.
  • Collaborate with members, families, and healthcare providers to develop and manage care plans.
  • Initiate referrals for financial, psycho-social, and community support services.
  • Utilize clinical criteria to determine appropriate care levels and document all assessments and care plans.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to safe transitions of care.
  • Advocate for members and ensure their needs are fully supported by the healthcare team.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for licensed therapists with a passion for substance use disorder treatment and experience working with diverse populations. You’ll need:

  • Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC licensed in Missouri.
  • Experience: Preferably with substance abuse populations, including maternal substance use.
  • Skills: Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid procedures and comfort working remotely.
  • Background: Experience with both adults and adolescents is a plus.

What You’ll Earn

  • Potential to earn up to $75,000 per year based on clinical hours.
