Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR support in a dynamic and collaborative setting. As a global organization, we need an individual passionate about developing strategies that enable NVIDIA to succeed. You will work alongside a diverse group of subject matter experts to create and implement strategies for staffing, onboarding, employee development, motivation, retention, and work organization. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, planning abilities, and adaptability are essential for this innovative and fast-moving role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a vital member of the regional HR team, reporting to the HRBP functional manager and collaborating with regional/global HR colleagues and site managers.
- Provide HR business partner support for high-performing engineering teams and collaborate with first-line managers to execute people strategies, promoting enhancements to HR programs and helping new managers gain expertise.
- Drive the implementation of company-wide people initiatives, such as focal programs and employee pulse survey analysis.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring new hire engagement, addressing concerns, conducting investigations, performance management, and exit discussions, while evaluating the effectiveness of current practices and introducing innovations.
- Own and contribute to regional initiatives.
- Facilitate group sessions and support training program rollouts.
- Analyze business data proactively to identify trends and suggest improvements for efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources from a reputable institution or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams in IT (product companies).
- Familiarity with the employee lifecycle and relevant HR interventions.
