Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Remote Shopify Developer to support and enhance our e-commerce platform. You will customize and optimize our Shopify store, develop new features, and ensure the seamless operation of our online shop. Collaborating closely with our design and marketing teams, you will implement solutions that meet our business needs and elevate the user experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Collaborate with the design team to implement visually appealing and responsive designs using Figma.
• Optimize the website for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
• Implement and manage UI/UX improvements to boost customer engagement.
• Work on SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
• Ensure website security by applying best practices in cybersecurity.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Shopify-related issues.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into development projects.
• Utilize tools like ChatGPT to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Excellent knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in developing, customizing, and publishing Shopify apps.
• Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration.
• Strong understanding of SEO and A/B testing.
• Experience in UI/UX design and optimization.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Ability to integrate and utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for task automation.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
