Join Our Team as a Payroll Systems Analyst 3: Shape the Future of Financial Systems

Are you passionate about financial systems and eager to contribute to a high-impact role? We’re seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst 3 to support and optimize the configuration of our Oracle EBS financial systems, along with integrations involving third-party and custom solutions. This position plays a vital role in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support while acting as a bridge between end-users and IT development teams to deliver IT-based solutions tailored to business needs.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Payroll Systems Analyst, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical systems while ensuring smooth integration with various platforms. Here’s a closer look at what you’ll do:

  • System Maintenance and Integration: Manage Oracle HR and financial module configurations while addressing integration issues with third-party systems such as Workforce, PeopleAdmin, Jaggaer, and Concur. You’ll also define data feeds for external providers like benefits and retirement systems.

  • Participation in System Initiatives: Play a key role in system upgrades, new implementations, and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and translate business needs into technical application requirements.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and test reports using tools like Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI). Respond to audit and public records requests, pull data for analysis, and create reports for benchmarking and performance metrics.

  • Process Improvement and Guidance: Use system expertise to guide business process designs, ensuring they align with system functionality. Focus on configuration rather than customization to achieve desired results efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for project management. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in system configuration and integration with third-party applications.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and pulling data for analysis.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HR and financial modules.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
