Your Role: Product Leader

We’re seeking a visionary Product Leader with a proven ability to scale B2B SaaS startups to significant milestones. In this role, you will define and execute a scalable product strategy that positions OMNIPEAK as a market leader. From ideation to launch, you will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a bold product strategy aligned with company goals.
• Roadmap Ownership: Manage a high-impact product roadmap guided by market demands and data insights.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Leverage user research and feedback to prioritize features that enhance user experience.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development cycle, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Performance Metrics: Define key KPIs and use data to optimize product performance and market fit.
• Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering innovation and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: 5+ years in product leadership roles, with expertise in scaling B2B SaaS products. Experience with AI-driven technologies is a bonus.
• Strategic Execution: Demonstrated success in aligning product strategies with company and market objectives.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Skilled in analyzing user feedback and data to inform product priorities.
• Agile Expertise: Experience managing product lifecycles in agile environments.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Adaptability: Comfortable with fast-paced startup environments and scaling processes.
• Strong Communication: Proficient in English (German is a plus).
