Compensation

This is a commission-only position (you’ll earn either the draw or commission, whichever is greater).

Top performers can expect an OTE (on-target earnings) of $4,500 per month in their first year, while the average OTE for first-year reps is around $3,000 per month.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will assist inbound callers in understanding their credit situations and provide consultations aimed at enrolling them in our services if they qualify.
