Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take the lead in shaping and executing the communication strategy for our Worldwide Field Operations team. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Communication: Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into engaging, actionable content that empowers teams to succeed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline communication efforts and manage a centralized calendar.
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling messages, from organizational updates to newsletters and videos, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Feedback Optimization: Run feedback loops to continually refine communication strategies and improve channel effectiveness.
  • Cultural Advocacy: Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and embed them across global communication efforts.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a skilled communicator with a proven ability to navigate dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: At least 4+ years in internal communications, preferably in Sales or tech-related fields.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities across various mediums.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: A track record of partnering with diverse teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience in tech or SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with high-growth environments and innovative communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits

At Samsara, we believe in rewarding excellence. The annual base salary for this role ranges from $79,475 to $102,850 CAD, with additional RSU awards and equity refresh grants for eligible employees. Our benefits include:
