SEO Outreach Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Outreach and Link-Building Specialist to join our remote team and take the lead in managing outreach strategies that boost our online presence. This role plays a crucial part in shaping our SEO success by acquiring high-quality backlinks, building relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends.

What You’ll Do

Your primary focus will be on link-building and relationship management to enhance our SEO initiatives. You’ll identify opportunities for acquiring high-quality backlinks, reach out to websites, bloggers, and influencers, and establish lasting connections that benefit both parties. Promoting content and guest blogging will also be a key part of your role, ensuring our content gains visibility and credibility across external platforms.

Additionally, you will analyze competitor strategies to uncover untapped opportunities, monitor acquired backlinks to ensure their value, and provide regular reports on outreach and campaign effectiveness. Working closely with content creators, you’ll develop shareable, high-quality content tailored for external audiences.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Building meaningful relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and influencers to secure guest posting and content collaborations.
• Promoting and syndicating shareable content to expand its reach across relevant platforms.
• Conducting competitor analysis to identify content and backlink gaps for a strategic edge.
• Writing or coordinating guest blog posts to include targeted backlinks to our website.
• Monitoring backlink performance and providing actionable insights to refine outreach strategies.
• Staying updated on SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure best practices are followed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a natural networker with extensive experience in SEO and link-building strategies. You’ll need a proven track record in executing successful outreach campaigns and deep knowledge of SEO tools and metrics.

• Experience: 5-10 years in SEO outreach and link-building.
• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Research Skills: Proficient in keyword research, data analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to build lasting relationships and deliver high-impact outreach efforts.
• Detail-Oriented: Comfortable analyzing large volumes of data and managing high-level campaigns.
