Your Role as a Site Reliability Engineer

As an SRE at Sticker Mule, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the backbone of our services infrastructure. This involves ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across all platforms. You’ll also participate in a rotating on-call schedule, working alongside talented engineers from across the globe.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and improving CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment.
  • Scaling and optimizing workloads to ensure top-tier performance.
  • Securing containers and web services to protect sensitive data and systems.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate has experience with tools and platforms such as:

  • Programming: Proficiency in Go and familiarity with JavaScript.
  • Containers & Orchestration: Expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with GCP and AWS.
  • Databases: Solid understanding of Postgres and Redis.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills in English to collaborate effectively across the team.
    A degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding talent generously, and here’s what we offer:

  • Salary: Starting at $135,000+, based on your experience.
  • Signing Bonus: A one-time $20,000 bonus to welcome you on board.
  • Time Off: 4 weeks of vacation plus holidays based on your country of residence.
