Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled PPC & CRO Specialist to join our team and manage Search, Display, PMAX, and YouTube campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with our Founder to enhance the Operations Department, streamline client onboarding, and deploy effective ad campaigns that bring in high-quality leads. In addition, you’ll have a key role in designing high-converting landing pages and continuously improving our B2B and freemium acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee PPC campaigns for various clients with the support of strategy and technical teams.
  • Identify and implement campaign and landing page optimizations.
  • Use analytics to understand customer behaviors and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build landing pages on Webflow for both freemium conversions and demo requests.
  • Become a trusted expert on paid acquisition and conversion tracking at Surge.

Key Tasks Within the First Six Months:

  • 30 Days: Identify optimization opportunities, manage new campaigns, collaborate with the Technical team on landing page improvements, and address minor page issues.
  • 90 Days: Develop conversion-focused landing pages, set up dashboards, streamline client onboarding, and establish systematic testing cycles.
  • 180 Days: Innovate PPC strategies, leverage AI for optimization, expand PPC offerings, and step into a leadership role in the Operations Department.

Skills and Expertise Required:

  • Primary Skills: PPC campaign management, conversion-focused landing page development, A/B testing, Google Ads, and analytics proficiency (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with Display & YouTube ads, advanced spreadsheet capabilities, and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Skills (not required):

  • Experience in B2B funnels, freemium-to-premium strategies, and the tech/startup environment.
  • Webflow knowledge, especially in design and layout adjustments.
  • A keen attention to detail, data-focused mindset, and autonomous work ethic.
