Our client is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join their team!
As an essential part of the hiring process, you’ll take the lead in recruiting top talent and ensuring their successful integration into the team.
Your mission will be to coordinate every step of the recruitment journey with precision, from job posting to final offer.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive background checks to verify top-notch hires, working with IT to facilitate smooth onboarding, and collaborating with hiring teams to secure outstanding talent.
You should have 5+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding, ideally within fintech, along with a strong attention to detail, a passion for refining processes, and a track record of effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
Our client is looking for excellent communication skills to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from hiring managers to new hires, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a good sense of humor. Confidentiality is essential, especially when handling sensitive information like background checks.
This role is open to an independent contractor based in Europe, with a start date in early January.
