Our fintech client is looking for a Senior Contract Recruiter based in Europe to support their growth and transformation. As they expand, they need a skilled, motivated recruiter to help find and secure top talent for various roles.

In this role, you’ll be crucial in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the right candidates. You’ll handle tasks like candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and create effective recruiting strategies.

Success in this role requires deep insight into the fintech industry and its talent pool. You should excel in creative sourcing methods, effectively using resources like job boards, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social media within a limited budget.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members across international locations.

As our client navigates a period of change, they need someone who’s flexible, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your multitasking and prioritization skills will be vital to handle a high volume of recruitment activities efficiently.

This is a 6-month contract role, and candidates must be based in the European time zone.
