Responsibilities:

  • Develop new offers for existing and new products to enhance their performance.
  • Strategize the brand’s upselling tactics by creating new funnels, such as advertorials and VSLs, along with their respective offers.
  • Oversee our A/B testing efforts by creating testing plans for each product, coordinating setups, and analyzing results.
  • Continuously learn from A/B test outcomes and offer modifications to map out a strategy for improving the company’s funnel.
  • Create new offers for our post-purchase funnel VSLs, collaborating with copywriters and developers to launch them, and analyze data for potential improvements.
  • Work closely with the head of product to develop new upsells, including post-purchase and cart upsells.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to manage paid advertising campaigns related to our backend funnel and identify successful strategies.

We are not seeking someone who only makes minor adjustments to product pages, like changing button colors or adding a “Save” button. We need a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of marketing, offers, and upsells, and how to integrate these elements for optimal revenue per visitor (RPV).

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A strong passion for marketing and data-driven strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of unit economics and how to craft offers based on this understanding.
  • Proven experience as a marketing officer or funnel manager.
  • Comprehensive understanding of funnels and their application in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of upsells and cross-sells and their implementation within a funnel.
  • At least intermediate proficiency in copywriting for e-commerce, as you will collaborate with a copywriting team.
  • Excellent visual and written communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of e-commerce funnels and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Outgoing personality with strong social skills.
  • A keen interest in staying updated on trends and integrating them into content.
