About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager to lead complex projects in our cloud solutions space. You will be accountable for ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Build and motivate a high-performing project team, providing clear direction and purpose.
• Track and manage client-reported issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Assign tasks to relevant teams and lead daily meetings to monitor progress.
• Communicate any delays to management proactively.
• Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external vendors.
• Oversee projects from initial requirements through deployment, managing schedules, scope, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Review and adjust project scope, schedules, and budgets as needed.
• Maintain ongoing client communication, updating on project progress and any changes.
• Collaborate with departments such as account management, support, engineering, and management.
• Use project management tools and techniques to measure project performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a project manager in IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools.
